Yes. I help service members buy from a distance all the time. I send video walkthroughs, read the property's systems for you, and handle the paperwork digitally. You stay informed and in control even from another time zone.

The VA home loan is a benefit you earned through service. I help you understand how it works in a transaction, but I don't quote VA loan limits or rates here. Can you help me sell my home if I'm PCSing out of the area?
Yes. If you're moving out, I help you prepare, price, and sell your home while you focus on your transition. I manage showings, offers, and the closing so you don't have to stay tied to the property.

I start with your orders and your report date, then work backward to build a plan that fits inside the window you have. We move efficiently on financing, search, offer, inspection, and closing so the timeline drives the process instead of the other way around.
